Friday most of the gear arrived for the first version of the rig. We’ll be doing hardware setting tweaks, software configuration, and load testing over the next couple of days in preperation for the recording this weekend. Wish us luck. Hopefully, the rig accomplishes what it is supposed to without any major troubleshooting.
Young Widows, Russian Circles, Wolverine Brass, Black Walls, and Duckett will be opening up the first shows of the 2007 series for Last Saturday. The show will be at Keswick Democratic Club on Saturday, January 27 at 6pm. This is an all ages show with tickets available at ear X-tacy.
The following night will feature Municipal Waste, Coliseum, Skeleton Witch, and Brain Banger. This show will also start at 6pm and be held at the KDC.
Plans have been made for recording this show. It looks like this will be the first episode.

I received word today that we’ll be getting a lot of support from Pro Co. We’ll be getting a splitter snake, some XLR and instrument cables, and some DI boxes. Thanks to Pro Co for the gear. We’re that much closer. We can now pull off any live gig under 24 channels. We’re just waiting for microphones so we can upgrade the mics in any lesser equipped venues that might be encountered.
We’re proud to announce that we are members of the artist endorsement program for Presonus. We’ll soon be ordering our recording interfaces taking us one step closer to bringing the first liveCast. Hopefully everything can be in place for the Yo La Tengo show on 1/25. Pro Co, are you ready to see your company up here?
